This interface allows upload of 5 such screenshots to highlight the issue
Efficient Back-end – Partner’s submission of query through the app triggers an immediate email providing the ticket number which would be useful for all future correspondence. The query is assigned to our Help-Desk SPOC for quick resolution with further update to the partner triggering the query
